Yes, we have staff members fluent in English. We also employ a digital self check-in/out system, and place multilingual digital guide tablets in each room to guarantee a smooth and comfortable stay for international travelers.

チェックインは 15:00 から 19:00 まで、チェックアウトは 10:30 までとなります。19:00を過ぎる場合は、スマートキーの発行を行いますので事前にご連絡ください。

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can prepare your digital smart key code.

ヴィラは静かな森の中に位置しているため、最寄りのコンビニエンスストアまでは車で約15分、地元ブランド肉等を販売するスーパーまでは車で約20分かかります。BBQの食材やお飲み物は、チェックイン前にお買い求めいただくことをお勧めいたします。

Because the villa is located deep in nature, the nearest convenience store is a 15-minute drive, and the supermarket is a 20-minute drive. We strongly recommend purchasing snacks, beverages, and any custom ingredients before arriving at check-in.

はい、BBQテラスは屋根と防風スクリーンを備えた全天候型のウッドデッキとなっておりますので、荒天でない限り雨の日でも快適にお食事をお楽しみいただけます。

Yes, our dining deck features a structural wooden roof and drop-down wind shields. You can dine comfortably under the rain, except in cases of extreme storms or typhoons.
